The Deluxe Bio Skin Back Support has a flexible support and lumbar pad that are velcro adjustable and positioned under the cinch belt (not visible here but shown separately below).

Flexible Support or Lumbar Pad may be worn with either the Back Skin or separately with the Double Cinch Belt
